RETURNS POLICY

You can return all products ordered on our website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date if they are unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached. 

Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.

Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

MAKING A RETURN:

Please contact us with "a Request to Return" to the email:  customerservice@age-of-innocence.com and include:

• your Order Number;
• your Last and First name; 
• the name of the product you'd like to return;
• the size and color of the item;
• and the reason for making a return.

Returns on merchandise must be requested within 5 days of the receiving date.

Products must be returned in unused and unworn condition with original packaging included in perfect condition.
Buyers are responsible for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping loss or damage to returned goods.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Age of Innocence is not refunding international duties and taxes that have been paid (if any).
