You can return all products ordered on our website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date if they are unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.
Please contact us for the returns form at email@example.com. Fill out the form marking the items you wish to return and let us know if you would like to exchange your shoes or would like a refund. Place this form in your package and attach the return address to the outside. Finally, take the package to your local post office. You will be charged the cost of returning the goods.

The refund will be made in the same way that the product was originally purchased. The refund procedure shall be started by age-of-innocence.com within fourteen (14) days starting from the date age-of-innocence.com receives the returned goods, after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted.
If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by age-of-innocence.com to the individual who made the payment.
The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose out in terms of bank interest.
